ServeGate’s prequalified subcontractors, OCRT and HTR Group, were selected to augment the current function of the EICTPO and provide skill sets in strategic writing, cost estimation and scheduling support to CIOG under the banner of Program Management Support. The team provides advice and assistance in the production of CABSUBs, MINSUBs, committee briefs, and key Capability Life Cycle (CLC) artefacts including but not limited to Business Cases, Joint Capability Need Statements and Project Execution Strategies.
