ServeGate provides a specialist subject matter expertise (SME) support to the MEWsP to develop, model and define the architecture for the MEWsP Enterprise, supplementing existing Defence staff by providing Project Management support to Project SEA 1397 Nulka Phase 5D. The Nulka System is an Anti-ship Missile Defence system which provides capability to defend Royal Australian Navy ships, and the SEA 1397 Phase 5D objective is to acquire additional Nulka Active Missile Decoy rounds with a new or modified shore facility responsible for maintenance, handling and storage of the new decoys.
The specialist provided through ServeGate supports the Project Manager in the preparation, review, approval and execution of a number of procurement activities, including stage planning, resource planning, risk management and project approval documentation as well as providing Operational Analysis support to the MEWsP. The ServeGate-provided specialist supported the Project team in the preparation, review, approval and delivery of documentation and artefacts associated with progressing the MEWsP through initial project establishment and Government Gate approval.
